AXIUEX Safety Core (the Service) generates draft work health and safety documents using proprietary automated systems. Every document it produces is a draft only.
No document produced by the Service is a compliant, approved, complete or site-specific safety document, and none may be used, issued, relied upon or taken on site until it has been reviewed, verified, amended as necessary, approved and finalised by a competent person.
The Service does not provide professional, legal, engineering or safety advice. It does not inspect your site, observe actual conditions, or know anything you have not entered. Output is generated solely from the description you supply and may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
Legislative references are not guaranteed. Any Act, Regulation, clause, Code of Practice or Australian Standard cited in a generated document must be independently verified against the current law applying in your jurisdiction before you rely on it. Legislation changes, and citations may be incorrect, superseded or inapplicable to your work.
The Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions, guarantees and representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, are excluded, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No warranty is given that any document produced will satisfy the requirements of any regulator, principal contractor, auditor, insurer, court or tribunal, or that it will be accepted for any purpose.
Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to supplying the relevant service again.
The Service is supplied free of charge as a trial. No fee is paid for it and no commercial value is exchanged.

This exclusion applies to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive and exemplary loss, and to loss of profit, revenue, contract, opportunity, production, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity or otherwise, and whether or not the possibility of such loss was known.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total aggregate liability of AXIUEX Pty Ltd (ACN 697 001 942) for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to supplying the relevant service again (that is, re-generating the document). As the Service is supplied free of charge, no fee has been paid, no monetary damages are payable, and no refund is available.
