AXIUEX Safety Core (the Service) is provided by AXIUEX Pty Ltd (ACN 697 001 942).
By accessing or using AXIUEX Safety Core (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not accept them in full, you must not use the Service.
You confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of the business or undertaking on whose behalf you use the Service.
The Service uses proprietary automated systems to generate draft work health and safety documents, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Safety / Hazard Analyses (JSA / JHA), from information you supply.
The Service is an automated drafting aid. It is not a safety consultancy, it does not provide professional, legal or engineering advice, and no relationship of adviser and client is created by your use of it.
Output is generated from the description you provide. The Service cannot inspect your site, observe actual conditions, speak to your workers, or know anything you have not entered. The quality and relevance of any draft depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply.
Access is provided free of charge for a limited evaluation period and may be restricted, suspended, limited in volume, or withdrawn at any time without notice and without liability. Usage limits may apply per person and per day.
The Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. No availability, uptime or retention commitment is given. You should not rely on the Service as the only place a document is stored; keep your own copy of anything you need.

A draft produced by the Service is not a completed, approved or compliant safety document, and must never be treated as one.
Work health and safety law places the duty to identify hazards, assess risks and implement controls on the person conducting the business or undertaking and on the competent persons it appoints. That duty cannot be delegated to this Service or to any automated tool. Nothing produced by the Service discharges, reduces, or satisfies any duty you hold under that law.
Every document must be reviewed, verified, completed and formally approved by a person with the skills, knowledge, training and experience required to do so, before it is used for any purpose.
You must not rely on any output of the Service as a substitute for professional advice, for a site-specific risk assessment, for consultation with workers, or for your own independent verification. Any reliance you place on the output is entirely at your own risk.
The Service, including its underlying systems, prompts, templates, document structures and all associated materials, is the property of AXIUEX Pty Ltd (ACN 697 001 942) and is protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal licence to use the Service during the trial for your own internal safety documentation purposes only.
You must not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract, replicate or derive the underlying systems, prompts or templates of the Service. Documents generated for you may be used within your own business.
You must not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, misleading, or intended to misrepresent the safety of a workplace. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with its operation, circumvent any access control or usage limit, or use it in any way that could damage or overburden it.
Information you enter is processed in order to generate your document and may be retained for the operation, support and improvement of the Service, and to maintain a record of documents generated. Do not submit personal information, confidential information, or site details beyond what is necessary to describe the work.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. These Terms continue to apply to any use of the Service and to any document generated before termination.
These Terms may be amended at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Service is the version that applies. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
